Details for the Best Picture Day Experience *

I understand photographer will need to come into your school or business prior to photo day to select an optimal shooting location. Smile School Portraits uses natural light to capture photos and will need to find an area near a window.

I understand photographer will need student rosters with child's DOB no later than one week prior to photo day.

I understand photographer will provide all equipment on photo day.

I understand that photographer requires a staff member or parent volunteer on photo day to bring children to have their photos taken.

I understand delivery of photo gallery can take between 1-2 weeks. Delivery of prints and products may take up to 2 weeks after the ordering window closes. All prints and products are delivered to your school for distribution. All digital image purchase are delivered via email within 24 business hours.

All teachers and staff receive a complimentary headshot to use for business, website, social media, or personal use.
